A 9-year-old boy has been expelled from Dean School in Brown Deer, Wisc., for allegedly tickling an 8-year-old classmate on her rear end. Police were called, and the girl’s mother complained the boy’s tickle went way beyond “normal playground roughhousing.” (UPI) ...Sounds like a bum rap.
