Darryl Ellis, 23, of Gulfport, Miss., was stopped by police for urinating in public. Officers searched him — and found the holdup note from a recent bank robbery in his pocket. The FBI was called in, and Ellis has now been charged with bank robbery. “We’re fortunate that some of these crooks aren’t too intelligent,” a Gulfport police spokesman said.
