Train drivers in South Africa are complaining about how much passengers smoke. Or, perhaps more so, what they smoke: marijuana. “The drivers have been complaining for quite a while about dagga smoke, but the problem seems to be getting a lot worse,” said a Metrorail spokeswoman. She says the railway is considering making the passenger car next to the driver non-smoking “and policing it strictly. It’s either that or we install fans.” (Reuters) ...Or just asking passengers to stick their heads out the windows to exhale.
