This is True

Walkie Talkie

Isaac Koh, 21, a soldier in the Singapore Army, was walking to his base camp to pick up his pay slip when he took a well-used shortcut across a railroad track. As he approached the track his cell phone rang. He answered it as he stepped onto the track — right into the path of an oncoming train. “After I felt the impact, I kept telling myself I have to hold on to something,” Koh said. He clutched the front of the train as the driver desperately brought the train to a halt 100 meters down the line, but he let go of the phone, which was not found. “I still don’t know who called me,” Koh says. (AFP) ...It was probably just Gary Hart.
