Aubrey Rust says he did not consent to the use of his photograph in a brochure and newspaper ad for Potency Recovery Center at the Catholic Healthcare West hospital in Northridge, Calif. He is suing the impotence clinic and the Los Angeles Times for “oppression, fraud or malice” over the ad, and is asking for $750 for each unauthorized publication of his picture.
