We Deliver

Four inmates at the Greenville, Miss., city jail were caught breaking back in to their cells. And “it is entirely possible this wasn’t the first time they’ve done this,” charged the district attorney. The four apparently found a way out of their cells to the outside, but “they didn’t seem interested in escaping, they just missed their amenities of life and went back to get them,” said Greenville police Chief Marvin Minor. “They were just going in and out.” This time, they returned to the jail carrying a load of gin and marijuana. The four now face felony escape charges. Police think jail inmates have been out committing crimes, and using their incarceration as an alibi. (Jackson Clarion-Ledger) ...But officer! It couldn’t have been me, I’m in jail right now! Go look!
