Ted Ridings, 79, was touring the British Museum when he spotted two stone faces, billed as 2,000-year-old “Celtic carvings”. But he remembered that his brother, Leslie, had carved the stone heads in 1939, making them to resemble Benito Mussolini and Adolf Hitler.
