The Maricopa County, Ariz., jail is just not a fun place to be anymore. To cut costs and improve safety, Sheriff Joe Arpaio banned sex magazines, smoking, and R-rated movies. The latest thing to go: coffee. “If somebody wants a daily cup of coffee, they should make sure that they don’t go to jail,” Arpaio said.
