Anti-abortion activists are outraged that a London clinic plans to offer quick service, “lunch hour” abortions at several of its facilities. “They have a right to the best service possible,” says the director of Marie Stopes International, a British charity named for a birth control advocate. Critics say the three- to four-minute procedure trivializes abortion. “This would be the ultimate in a fast economy, you have fast food and now you can have a fast abortion,” said one. (Reuters) ...It was probably conceived in a hurry, too.
