The Arkansas Supreme Court has ordered Jennings Osborne to tone down the Christmas display at his Little Rock home, which features more than three million lights. Neighbors complain that the spectacle brings hordes of people to look, disrupting life in their residential neighborhood. A similar battle last year led Osborne to double the size of his exhibit this year. Osborne plans an appeal to the recent ruling.
