Your Place or Mine?

An intergovernmental task force is working to stop people in Kentucky from dumping trash on the side of rural roads. Their solution: buy video cameras to monitor wide spots in the roads to catch dumpers. The main thing they’re catching so far is “bathroom breaks,” says Willard Burton, the “solid waste coordinator” in Johnson County. And while the cameras do catch some illegal dumpers, they’re also catching lots of lovers, says spokeswoman Karen Engle. “One man returned to one of the dumps with four different women,” she said. “I’ve learned that dumps can be romantic places.” (AP) ...Doesn’t “dump” pretty much describe the average bachelor’s home?
